About Me

I'm a gentle, calm, compassionate, dependable woman with integrity and several years of experience. My objective is to provide you with information, support, encouragement and respect to help you find your inner strength to birth your baby and transition to motherhood.

I empower birthing parents to realize their wishes in the birth of their baby and in postpartum care. Attending midwives, doctors, nurses and clients consistently provide excellent feedback and evaluations regarding my techniques and care. I consider it a privilege working as a team; with moms, partners, caregivers and loved ones, through the most positive birth experience possible, as you begin the next chapter in the circle of life.

As a Birth Doula, my knowledge and experience is broad and includes supporting my clients in natural un-medicated, medicated, vaginal (including vaginal breech), twins, cesarean (including operating room support), home and water births. My Postpartum Doula experience includes assisting new parents in breastfeeding, bathing newborns, newborn care and with transition when a little one(s) joins the family.

Both as a Birth and Postpartum Doula, I have experience with families facing the unique challenges and joys of twins and issues around disabilities.
