Baseline Doula Package

This package is for those who want to focus on birth preparation, and desire focused doula support during their labor and birth.

It includes:

Two in-home prenatal visits
On-call availability from 37 weeks until birth
Support during labor and birth
Text and email support
One to two postpartum visits as desired

*available for both hospital and home birth

Birth Story Processing

One 90-minute session: $175

Additional sessions for $125

Many people feel confused or disappointed by their birth experience, or they just need help sorting out the details. Talking about your birth with someone who is a skilled listener can help. Using a trauma-informed approach, I provide compassionate peer-to-peer support, where we identify the parts of your story that are causing you distress.

Whether you just need to be heard and validated, or have specific questions and need help understanding certain events, a birth processing session can take you from confusion to clarity, bring acceptance, forgiveness and healing. Birth processing is available to anyone (birthing persons, partners, doulas, etc.).

Birth gives you the opportunity to face deep-seated beliefs that you may not even be aware of, which impact your birth and your growth as a mom.
